Does IntelliFreight arrange refrigerated transport between Benelux and Germany?

Yes. IntelliFreight organises suitable temperature-controlled food and other commercial freight between Germany, the Netherlands and Belgium, in both directions. Part loads and dedicated refrigerated vehicles are assessed against the product, temperature requirements, volume and loading and delivery windows.

Can I request temperature-controlled LTL freight?

Yes. Send the route, cargo, pallet count, weight, temperature set point and time windows. We assess whether suitable refrigerated space with compatible freight is available and whether the plan meets your requirements. The specific setup is agreed before booking.

When is a dedicated refrigerated truck preferable to LTL?

A dedicated vehicle can fit when goods need separate space, specific loading conditions apply or the agreed movement calls for a direct setup. This can also be appropriate for a shipment below a full truckload.

What determines the price of refrigerated transport?

The quote depends on route, date, cargo volume and weight, equipment, temperature requirements and loading conditions. Send these details together so availability and the scope of the quote can be checked.

Is a refrigerated trailer enough to define the transport?

No. Specify the cargo temperature at loading, set point, permitted deviation, pre-cooling instructions and required records. The vehicle and operating instructions must match the actual cargo.

Which temperature details should be provided?

Please specify the required temperature range, permitted deviations, the temperature of the goods at loading and any requirements for temperature monitoring or records.

Can temperature-controlled freight be recurring?
