What is the packed size?
Measure the length, width and height including the pallet and packaging. Give the total weight. Pack the load so it stands securely and cannot shift during handling.
Can a truck reach the address?
Start with the country, town and postcode. Tell us about narrow roads, steep drives or a site with no loading bay. These details help us plan how your pallet will be loaded and unloaded.
Before you book
Can you collect outside Germany?
You can request collection across Europe. We use the collection postcode and pallet details to check available connections and agree a collection date.
Can you collect from or deliver to my home?
Give us the town and postcode and describe access for a truck. We check space for loading and whether a tail lift is needed. Your quote specifies the handover point. Carrying items upstairs or into a room needs a separate agreement.
Can I send loose boxes or unpacked furniture?
This service is for goods secured on a pallet. If you have loose items, describe them before you start packing. We’ll help you establish whether pallet shipping suits the load.
What will it cost, and when will it arrive?
The two postcodes, packed dimensions, weight, contents and loading arrangements determine the quote. We set out the price, what it covers and the expected delivery window before you book.
What about fragile or valuable items?
Tell us what the items are and their approximate value before booking. We’ll check suitability and discuss what cover can be arranged for your shipment.
